About Us

Alyssa- Alyssa is an Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor; however, she has found what feeds her soul in owning and operating Wildcat Run Farm. Alyssa currently works at Sussex County Community College as a Personal Counselor and Academic Advisor and takes classes in their horticulture program in her free time. If you visit the farm, you will likely find her in the garden, cuddling with a cat or ordering more seeds to propagate. 

Ryan- Ryan is a Project Manager in the environmental field specializing in ground water treatment and filtration. He enjoys fabricating and working on his old diesel trucks. Ryan uses his skills to design and execute all our major projects around the farm.

Charlie- Charlie is our lovely “mutt”; she can be found running around the farm patrolling the skies for turkey vultures, hawks, and airplanes to keep the farm safe. 

Boo- Boo is our beautiful senior barn cat. She was adopted from a water treatment plant outside Philadelphia after being a mouser for many years. She now lives out her retirement on the farm. She loves following Alyssa to the garden each day and is always looking for pets (and treats).

The Ladies- Our chickens or “the ladies” as we call them are the egg laying backbone of our farm. They were the first “farm animal” that we acquired and everyone knows you cannot beat a farm fresh egg.
